As a Project Manager Implementations, you are the main point of contact towards the customer and you will manage the successful delivery of an implementation project to our customer.
You will:
- Successfully manage the community implementation projects, coordinate with customer, align with internal Nallian organization (analyse, implementation consultants, product manager, OPS, ...) and assure that the project is realized within scope, budget and timeline.
- Take care of our customer’s implementations by supporting them with change management expertise, organizing the fit/gap analysis and configuration analysis, organizing integration with customer systems, following-up on the timeline towards the go live and organizing the training of their super user.
- Liaise with the development and operations organization and the customer for the planning of deploys to staging and production.
- Monitor progress, make adjustments where needed and report on a regular basis to the customer and to Nallian management.
- Escalate when deviations occur.
- Organize user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with customer success for onboarding and smooth transition to the operational phase.
- Provide input to the product team to identify potential opportunities to develop new products / product extensions.
Requirements
- You have a bachelor or master’s degree (or equivalent through relevant experience).
- You are very customer focused and you think "customer first".
- You have experience with software integration projects.
- You have experience with logistics processes, air cargo is a plus.
- You are a strong communicator, capable of understanding customers’ needs and proposing solutions. You are able to bridge between technical teams and the customer.
- You have strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills that will enable you to align with the customer and their community of users.
- You are pro-active and results driven.
- You are pragmatic, eager to learn and service oriented.
- You are well structured in your work and have an eye for detail.
- You are fluent in English, any additional language is considered as a plus.
- You are willing to travel when required for the project.
